在牛排的外曾包上一層蘑菇泥,外層是酥皮烤焗,因為做法非常耗時也費工

無骨雞翅燉飯 特愛雞翅與燉飯的我,這道菜一上桌就深深的吸引著,濃郁的雞湯香氣~
台東池上越光米與牛肝箘菇燉煮將越光米呈現義大利燉飯米芯半熟的口感讓我有點驚嚇,再多吃幾口感受湯汁的精華完全融入燉飯,這頓飯真的完全的詮釋了中西餐點的結合!!

地中海小卷串
靈感來自於台灣的炸蚵卷,澎湖小卷的肚子塞滿西班牙臘腸丁、櫛瓜、洋蔥..等食材,在上著以前淋上醬汁,除了小卷小卷鮮味、鹹味再結合肚子裡的蔬菜甜味湯汁,炸春捲皮的輔助,口感層次超級豐富,將食材的原味與精華榮熱這一道地中海小卷串 。
