會有分上下兩場,都是使用同一個炸鍋,但是中間會換油
等待油重新加熱,這時候也可以休息一下,下半場每一個搭配也是令人期待
食材使用刷子薄薄均勻的上一層,看是簡單步驟卻是需要很深的功力

食材順序也是經過設計搭配,有鮮甜紅喉、脆口的竹筍等等也運用台灣當季特有食材特點

最後我是選擇茶泡飯,但因為茶有一點點苦味,個人較不喜愛🙃
米其林星期天婦羅,下次有機會也想到日本嚐嚐
